The Bullet Club and The Young Bucks; the wrestling equivalent of peanut butter and chocolate. On their own, both are great; peanut butter is one of the best flavors ever created, and as for chocolate? Well, you can have chocolate on its own or with just about anything else, and it remains good.

So naturally, with no match yet announced for Forbidden Door and no obvious opponent for the Pay-Per-View, the Bucks took to the Brandon Cutler cam on AEW Dynamite to make their intentions known: They would be teaming up with Hikaleo and El Phantasmo to take on Sting, Darby Allen, and two mystery partners in a one-night-only return to The Bullet Club.

Considering the matches already on the loaded card, with even more big-time bouts certainly to come, the addition of a Young Bucks match, especially when teamed up with the biggest dude in Bullet Club and one of its most underrated members, might just go down as the dark horse match of the show, even if it lacks the, shall we way, big match appeal of some of the events folks were looking forward to; matches like a trios bout alongside Kenny Omega versus Jay White and Good Brothers.

Though the Young Bucks have only shared the ring with Hikuleo on one occasion, on AEW Dynamite from the “Fabulous” Kia Forum in Los Angeles, California, and have yet to perform with or against El-P, expect a big-time bout from the only two-time Tag Team Champions in AEW history, as the Cucamonga Kids always get up for the big shows and will likely have red and black Bullet Club-meets-Chicago Bulls gear with some tasty Bred Jordan 1s for good measure too.
