This year's Pro Football Hall of Fame class is one of the most star-studded in recent years. Among the notable names is former Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher.

Each future member is allowed to pick a speaker to help induct them into football's highest honor. According to Darin Gantt of Pro Football Talk, it was announced that Urlacher has selected former position coach Bob Babich as his presenter:

The Hall announced that Urlacher has selected longtime assistant Bob Babich as his presenter.

Babich has since commented on being selected by Urlacher for this prestigious honor.
“I am so humbled by the offer that Brian gave me to present him,” Babich said. “He is such a good guy and was such a good player, but even more so than that, he was a great person to be around.”

It certainly makes that Urlacher would pick his former position coach. The two undoubtedly formed a strong bond during their nine seasons together in Chicago.

Babich had come over from the then-St. Louis Rams prior to the 2004 NFL season. Although Urlacher had already established himself as one of the best players at his position, his new coach helped him take his game to another level in the following years. The result was four Pro Bowls, two first-team All-Pro honors, and a Defensive Player of the Year award under Babich's tutelage.

They both even made their departures from Chicago in Urlacher's last year before retirement. They are now prepared to put the cherry on top to their decorated tenure together with the Bears.
