Chicago Bears fans aren't going to like the respect, or lack thereof, that Mitchell Trubisky is getting from Madden. We've been hearing a lot about Madden ratings recently, as info from the newest installment of the popular video game franchise has trickled out.

Many players have taken issue with their ratings, and Trubisky surely won't be happy with his. Per the All Time Athletics Twitter account, Trubisky got the lowest rating over any starting quarterback. Trubisky checks in at 75, one point behind Lamar Jackson and Jameis Winston for last place.

The top five are Patrick Mahomes, Tom Brady, Philip Rivers, Russell Wilson, and Aaron Rodgers. Marcus Mariota, Matthew Stafford, Jimmy Garoppolo, and Nick Foles are the other signal-callers who have a sub-80 rating.

Trubisky led the Bears to a division title and playoff appearance last year, but he was somewhat shaky as a passer. Trubisky is a great athlete and made a bunch of plays with his legs, but his accuracy wasn't always there.

Make no mistake, Trubisky made major strides last year. He struggled mightily as a rookie, and made a lot of progress in his first year in Matt Nagy's system last year. Still, he threw 12 interceptions in only 14 games, and his decision-making could use some improvement.

Heading into his third season, the Bears need Trubisky to take the next step. Their defense was already the best in the league last year, so if the team is going to get any better it's going to need to come from the offense.

Trubisky has the chance to prove a lot of people wrong in 2019, and this Madden rating will only solidify the chip on his shoulder.
