The Big Ten Conference is playing it better safe than sorry. Despite it only being the middle of September, the league released the schedules for both the 2020 and 2021 college football seasons.

Schedules for each season can be viewed here (2020) and here (2021).

Not a ton of shocking games, as division teams will play each other per the usual. The cross-division events are the stuff to keep an eye out for.

Top 2020 Cross-division draws

Sept. 26: Wisconsin at Michigan
Oct. 3: Michigan State at Iowa
Oct. 10: Iowa at Ohio State
Oct. 17: Iowa at Penn State
Oct. 31: Nebraska at Ohio State
Nov. 7: Penn State at Nebraska

2021 Top cross-division games

For whatever it is worth, while those seem like the “top” cross-division games, it is only 2017. Most of the stars of each of those teams will be gone doing something else by 2020. Some might be in the NFL, but most will be out there trying to survive in this cold, heartless world like the rest of us people.

We will see you soon, former football players.

All games are scheduled for Saturday at the time of the release. Obviously, that isn't what will happen when those seasons it TV will make its Thursday and Friday designations (of which there will be a few) as the games actually approach. You know, a few years from now when the picture-box will know what teams are worthy of its money.
