If you had musician Bow Wow wanting to team with WWE icon Rey Mysterio in your “things that will happen in 2021” pool, you win all the money. That said, if you then had other wrestlers going to the mean streets of Twitter to bashed the musician, you have obviously been paying attention to how social media operates.

Bow Wow, best known as a rapper who had some hits two decades or so ago, took to the mean streets of Twitter to explain his desire to perform some scripted violence — likely inspired by Bad Bunny's performance at the Royal Rumble.

Obviously, a Bow Wow and Rey Mysterio tag team would be known as Wow Mysterio. Sorry, them the roles.

After the musician said these things, WWE superstars went full Marty Jannetty on him, even as far as telling him the movie Like Mike sucked.

To be fair, T-Bar is a member of Retribution. It's a stable that should have been great in theory, but constantly jobs to mid-card talent and almost all their members' names seem to have been created in a generic name-a-thing-generator.

Bow Wow wouldn't take this disrespect, so he fired back at this T-Bar character with the fury of 1,000 suns.

Other members of Retribution also chimed in, as did Ricochet (please use him better WWE). Bow Wow, however, is either truly in on the joke or is attempting to leverage this to an appearance on Monday Night Raw.

So, ugh… there you have it. Bow Wow wants in the WWE to team with Rey Mysterio, but it appears like he's the only person who believes this is a good idea.
