The Cleveland Browns have done it. They have finished the 2017 NFL season 0-16, becoming the second team in NFL history to do so.

Fortunately, there is a silver lining that came from Cleveland's disastrous year. According to ESPN's Field Yates, The Browns will now have the No. 1 and No. 4 picks in the 2018 NFL Draft:

The Browns had already captured the first overall pick with their loss to the Chicago Bears in Week 16. They now have the fourth overall pick following the Houston Texans' loss to the Indianapolis Colts in the season finale.

Some may remember the Texans had swapped the pick to the Browns in order to move up and take quarterback Deshaun Watson with the 12th overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft. Now it seems Cleveland will finally start to reap the benefits of that deal after one of the worst seasons in league history.

Needless to say, their defeated season has raised further speculation regarding the future of head coach Hue Jackson beyond this year. Jackson was adamant about using the team's high picks to draft their potential franchise quarterback of the future after striking out with DeShone Kizer. However, it remains to be seen if he will be around long enough to see it come to fruition.
