‘Tis the season to get hired! That is becoming true for the Cleveland Browns when it comes to their coaching staff.

Todd Monken, who is currently in the running for the offensive coordinator position job for the Browns, has a few job offers that he might want to consider.

According to a recent report by Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, the former Buccaneers offensive coordinator has an interview with the Browns lined up for this weekend.

Rapoport also said that Monken already spoke with the Jacksonville Jaguars about their as-yet-unmanned offensive coordinator position.

Additionally, the New York Jets have revealed that they've interviewed Todd Monken for their head coach position, though ultimately, he lost out on the position to former Miami Dolphins head coach Adam Gase, who played against them for years.

Prior to his position with the Buccaneers, Monken was a head coach at the college level, where he served Southern Mississippi from 2013 to 2015. Most of Monken's career was spent at the collegiate level, save for 2007-2010, when he served as their wide receiver coach.

But Todd Monken's collegiate career has been nothing to sneeze at. He was an assistant for three college teams until 1989, when he stepped up to take over as Eastern Michigan’s offensive coordinator. He subsequently held that position until 1997. This was the same position he held at Oklahoma State from 2011-2012.

Monken was also responsible for leading the NFL's No. 3 offense (415.5 Yds/G) and No. 1 passing attack (320.3 Yds/G) this season. Under his tutelage, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' offense ranked ninth in the league, and led the charge in the overall aerial attack.
