Besides a 30-point beatdown at the hands of the Tennessee Titans in Week 1, the Cleveland Browns face another embarrassing issue: scrutiny for offensive tackle Greg Robinson.

The 26-year-old tackle was seen kicking Titans opponent safety Kenny Vaccaro's head on a first half play, resulting in Robinson's immediate ejection.

According to the NFL's Tom Pelissero, Robinson is facing a fine but will not be suspended for the unconscionable action.

Robinson's kick was part of a sloppy debut game for first-year Cleveland head coach Freddie Kitchens. With franchise quarterback Baker Mayfield under center, the Browns were only able to muster 13 points on Sunday against Tennessee on a weekend where other NFL games saw very high scores. The Week 1 loss was a terrible way to kick-start a season with much hope following Mayfield's solid rookie season along with the arrival of Odell Beckham Jr. via trade with the New York Giants.

Instead, after finishing 7-8-1 during the 2018 season, Kitchens and the Browns are staring down the barrel of a 16-game season already 0-1.

The Browns signed Robinson in the 2018 offseason after the former second-overall selection of the 2014 draft spent the first three seasons of his professional career with the Rams organization. Robinson was traded by Los Angeles to the Detroit Lions prior to the 2017 season, where he only appeared in six games before signing with Cleveland last season.

Robinson's ejection was one of 18 penalties for Kitchens' undisciplined team, resulting in 182 yards for the Titans.
