Cleveland Browns pass rusher Myles Garrett is a scary dude. Listed at 6-foot-4 and 272 pounds, there aren't many people towering over him. Add in his crazy strength and athleticism to his freakish size and you have an absolute beast. A killer if you will.

That all adds up to great production as well. In his rookie season, Garrett piled up seven sacks in 11 games. Then in 2018 he followed that up by playing all 16 games and recording a hefty 13.5 sacks and three forced fumbles.

There's a pretty good chance that quarterbacks in the NFL aren't exactly excited to see him lined up on the defense against them. Their fear might have just gotten worse.

Yes, that's Stipe Miocic.

Having fast hands is extremely important when rushing the passer. A player can use them to swim past their blocker, or just push them back. Now imagine the speed mixed with extra power.

You can argue that pass rushers aren't throwing punches, but honestly it's not that far off from some moves. The trenches get brutal man.

The Cleveland Browns have a lot to look forward to in 2019 and beyond. Myles Garrett might be the most intriguing piece though. He's going to be 23 for the 2019 season and is already one of the most dangerous defensive players in the NFL. It doesn't appear his full potential is reached yet either.

Adding different forms of working out can help unlock new skills. They can give Garrett new ways to get to the quarterback and only make him that much more dangerous.

As of right now, it remains to be seen exactly how much working out with UFC fighter Stipe Miocic help Myles Garrett in the long run. My bet is that the Cleveland Browns superstar will only get better.
