The Cleveland Browns suddenly have a crowded wide receiving corps this season with marquee offseason acquisition Jarvis Landry, Josh Gordon, Corey Coleman, and incoming rookie Antonio Callaway. But despite being a first-round pick, Coleman could end up being the one has to make way.

According to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, the Browns could be willing to trade Coleman if they get a “decent offer” for the young receiver.

Coleman, who went 15th overall in the 2016 draft, has had a tough start to his NFL career. He’s missed 13 games in his first two seasons due to broken hand injuries. And when he has been on the field, he hasn't lived up to his status as a first-round pick. He’s only had 718 receiving yards and five touchdowns in his first 19 games.

Coleman’s best case scenario for this season will likely be as the team's No. 3 receiver behind Landry and Gordon. And even if the Browns don’t deal him, he could ultimately end up falling to the rookie Callaway in the receiver pecking order if he’s not careful.

There’s been speculation dating back to March that Coleman’s time in Cleveland could be numbered due to his lack of production. With his first round pedigree, it’s not hard to imagine some team possibly taking a flyer on the young receiver with the hope that he finally gets healthy and lives up to his potential.

But the key here is whether the Browns still value Coleman highly enough, and if so, whether teams will be willing to meet that “decent” valuation.
