The Tampa Bay Buccaneers haven't won a game since Oct. 24, having dropped two of their last three contests. While on paper the team's Week 11 clash with the New York Giants looks like a surefire win, star quarterback Tom Brady has encouraged the team to “play with a sense of urgency” on Monday.

“Everyone being on the same page, great communication and just giving the best effort as possible on every play. Things aren’t always going to be perfect out there, but you have to have as few as mistakes as possible. I think there’s a real urgency for us to have it right.” Brady said to reporters on Saturday. “We played this opponent last year and they gave us a big challenge. I think they’re very talented offensively. They have a lot of good talent on their D-line especially. It’s going to be a big challenge for us, and we have to get back to playing the way we’re capable of playing.”

The Buccaneers are coming off consecutive losses at the hands of Washington and New Orleans, culminating in the team's 6-3 record. Tampa holds a one-game lead over the Saints in the NFC South, but Brady is well aware that the division could be tied up with a poor result on Monday night.

The Giants are 3-6 on the season but could get Saquon Barkley back for the primetime game. The running back hasn't played since Week 5 due to an ankle injury but could complicate things for a Buccaneers' defense that will likely be without Vita Vea, who was listed as doubtful on Saturday.

As Brady pointed out, limiting mistakes will be key to Tampa's success. Over the past two weeks, Brady has thrown four interceptions. That's more than the 44-year-old threw throughout the first seven weeks of the season. On the year, Brady has thrown a league-high 27 touchdowns and has just seven interceptions. He has Tampa back on track to repeat as Super Bowl champions, but the Bucs can't afford to be careless with the football. The Giants have proven to be Brady's kryptonite in the past, and they could potentially haunt him once again on Monday.
