Giannis Antetokounmpo had another monster game to lead the Milwaukee Bucks to a huge 93-86 win over the Chicago Bulls in their playoff opener on Sunday. In the process, the Greek Freak made history on par with Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.

Antetokounmpo finished Game 1 of the first round playoffs clash with 27 points, 16 rebounds, three assists and two blocks. According to ESPN Stats & Info, he now has 30 playoff games with at least 25 points and 10 rebounds–which is the second-most in Bucks history behind only Abdul-Jabbar with 41 of such stat.

Making the record even more amazing, it should be noted that Giannis Antetokounmpo has only played in 65 playoff games in his career (including Sunday's contest). That means he has recorded a 25-10 game in almost half of his playoff appearances.

With the way he is playing, it is safe to assume that he is well on track to break Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's record. In fact, if the Bucks go deep this postseason, it's possible that he claims top place for the record this 2022.

Of course that is not something Giannis is focusing on. He is always giving it his all anyway, and his huge numbers are just byproducts of his efforts to lead his team to victory.

The Bucks are the defending champions, and everyone knows that they are more than hungry to defend that title and prove to everyone that they are the best team in the NBA.
