Kyler Murray is officially a member of the Arizona Cardinals. After months of speculation and rumors, the Cardinals went out and got their guy. With Josh Rosen traded to the Dolphins, Murray has a clear path to the starting job and will almost certainly be under center in Week 1.

While he'll have some new weapons to throw to with the Cardinals drafting three receivers as well, he'll also have one old reliable target. Larry Fitzgerald will be back for a 16th season in 2019, and he's surely hoping Murray will settle the position for Arizona for the foreseeable future.

Fitzgerald has rotated through a lot of quarterbacks during his time in the desert, and he's seen it all.

In fact, when Murray and Fitzgerald connect for the first time, Murray will be the 21st quarterback to complete a pass to Fitzgerald, per Mike Jurecki of the team's official site.

Some quarterbacks like Carson Palmer and Kurt Warner have hooked up with Fitz hundreds of times, while others like Brian Hoyer and Mike Glennon have only been so lucky a handful of times.

Fitzgerald, the third overall pick in the 2004 draft, has seemingly been around for forever. Despite that, he's remained effective the past few years, adapting his game to become productive out of the slot.

New coach Kliff Kingsbury's offense will be very fast and uptempo, so Fitz should have the opportunity to put up big numbers once again in 2019.

He was hampered by a hamstring injury most of last season, but he should be in for a bounce-back year as he helps Murray transition to the pro game.
