The Boston Celtics may have won Game 4 against the Miami Heat in blowout fashion, but Jayson Tatum wants to remind his teammates that the series is far from over. With that said, the superstar forward has one demand from the rest of the Beantown team heading to Game 5: keep the same mentality they had during Monday's game.

After losing Game 3 by six points (with the Heat going up by as much as 26 at one point in the contest), Boston responded big time with a 20-point demolition of Miami in Game 4. Now that they won to tie the series, however, Tatum revealed the need for the Celtics to play like every game is a do-or-die match from here on out.

“Obviously, when we lose a game we feel like the next game is do or die. … I think we have to have that mindset going into Game 5 that it is a must-win game. Because tonight was essentially something like that,” Tatum explained, per Jay King of The Athletic.

It's easy to see where Jayson Tatum is coming from. The heat have homecourt advantage, so they must win another one on the road and protect their own stomping grounds if they want to secure their ticket to the NBA Finals.

What's worrying, though, is that the Heat and Celtics have not won consecutive games in the series, and if that pattern holds, then Boston is in trouble.

Hopefully, the Celtics can use their latest victory as a confidence booster of sorts as they try to get the lead for the first time in the 2022 Eastern Conference Finals.
