Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku could be planning of leaving Stamford Bridge once again for Serie A, according to his agent.

The Blues were considered as one of the winners this past summer in terms of signings after landing Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan. Roughly four months after the Belgian's return to the English Premier League, his agent Federico Pastorello made a shocking claim about his future.

According to Pastorello, Lukaku isn't seeing himself staying at Chelsea for good and will “one day” make a return to the Italian top flight.

“One day we will see [Romelu] Lukaku back in Serie A,” the agent revealed via Football.london. “Lukaku loves Italy. But right now it's up to Chelsea to take advantage of Romelu's qualities.”

The 28-year-old has yet to comment on the subject and it is yet to be known whether his agent is telling the whole truth. However, one thing certain at this point is that Lukaku has vowed to help Chelsea win titles.

“The relationship I have with this club means so much to me, as you know,” Lukaku said upon re-signing with Chelsea via Sports Illustrated. “I have supported Chelsea as a kid and now to be back and try to help them win more titles is an amazing feeling.”

“Since I left Chelsea, it’s been a long journey with a lot of ups and downs, but these experiences made me strong and the challenge is to try to help the team win some more trophies,” he added. “I can’t wait to get started and to help the club achieve more success.”

Lukaku has been phenomenal in his Chelsea comeback, especially during the start of the season. To date, he has already scored five goals across all competitions for the Blues.
