Patrick Beverley has received a lot of stick lately after he went after Chris Paul following the Phoenix Suns' season-ending Game 7 loss to the Dallas Mavericks on Sunday night. As it turns out, though, the Minnesota Timberwolves veteran also has it out for CP3's Suns teammate in Devin Booker, particularly when it comes to the subject of Beverley's former Los Angeles Clippers teammate Paul George.

Beverley had a bit of a back-and-forth with ESPN broadcaster Stephen A. Smith on a recent episode of First Take over Booker and George. Pat Bev took exception to Stephen A. claiming that Booker is on the same level as the Clippers star (h/t Tomer Azarly of ClutchPoints):

Patrick Beverley was at a loss for words when he first heard Smith's hot take. After a bit of banter, however, the pair seemed to come to an agreement that Devin Booker is indeed on the same level as the Clippers version of Paul George. Beverley, however, was in complete disagreement with Smith about comparing Booker to George's prime during his time with the Indiana Pacers.

To be fair, Beverley is a pretty colorful character and I won't mind seeing him talk smack with Stephen A. on a regular basis.
