New Dallas Cowboys offensive coordinator Kellen Moore knows that the best way for success for the offense is by having a collaborative effort with everyone's input being valuable. Moore knows how important it is to have Dak Prescott, Ezekiel Elliott, Amari Cooper and other's input on what the offense does and he is ready to listen to whatever everyone has to say.

“It doesn’t mean you have to go down those roads all the time, but I think it’s important that when a player believes in something and they’re pretty [convinced] on it, usually they find a way to make it work,” Moore said, via the Dallas Morning News. “I think it’s a collaborative effort. It includes everyone. That’s part of this thing. We just got to get on the field together and start doing stuff, and then things evolve and take it where you want to take it at that point.”

Not only does this make sense because the players have a good idea of what works for them, but it also makes the players feel like they are being heard.

Prescott, Elliott, and Cooper are all players that are needing contracts soon and making them feel like they have a say in the offense might help keep them around if any of them were thinking about leaving.

No matter how much input Moore has he still needs to be the one making the right decision, and there is no doubt going to be a lot of pressure on him to make sure that he gets everything right.
