Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones was taken to hospital after getting involved in a car crash on Wednesday. While the incident was considered minor and Jones' hospitalization was only for precautionary measures, new footage revealed the incident and how severe it is.

A video circulating online showed the exact moment of the accident. A silver car can be seen attempting to turn from Harry Hines Boulevard before a dark sedan–which is said to be where Jones was riding–hit it at a high speed. According to authorities (via Dallas Morning News), “a vehicle failed to yield and turned in front of another vehicle, causing the collision.”

Here's the clip of the incident:

Fortunately, it seems no one was hurt in the scary crash. Cowboys vice president Stephen Jones also confirmed that his father is in “good” condition despite appearing to be limping a bit after the accident.

The Cowboys have yet to release a statement on the matter, while Jones' camp itself has not addressed the issue as well.

It is certainly good news that everything is fine, though. Considering that the accident could have turned uglier, the Cowboys owner is lucky that the accident is only minor.

As for Dallas, they can focus on their preparations for the 2022 season were they'll look to break a decades-long Super Bowl drought.
