Nick Bosa, Mason Rudolph and Jimmy Garoppolo were doing it, now it's the Charlotte Hornets' turn to do the “Dak Dance.” On Friday, the Hornets did their best job of emulating Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott and his viral pregame routine.

The often-mocked routine by Prescott isn't a dance. Instead, it's a method of loosening up his hips. Having more flexible hips can result in better accuracy, as the hip-swivel done of passes is key to gaining velocity on the ball. Prescott's “Dak Dance” is far more common than perceived. With that said, Hornets guard Devonte Graham can probably feel a bit more confident in tossing pigskin on Friday if he decides to do so.

Intentions of being a meme or not, Prescott's pregame routine for the Cowboys, shown in primetime, has inspired a fair share of other athletes' routines. Hey, all publicity is good publicity, right?
