As it stands today, longtime NFL wide receiver Dez Bryant has never played a regulation game atop the highest level for any team other than the heralded Dallas Cowboys. Although Bryant did have a brief stay with the New Orleans Saints a few years back, his short stint in the bayou was cut short due to injury, a setback that also cost the seasoned pass-catcher the entirety of last season.

However, Bryant reportedly worked out for the Baltimore Ravens earlier this week while things appear to have gone well as the former Cowboys standout tweeted a cryptic message on Wednesday evening.

Could this mean that Bryant will be signing with the Ravens or simply that he is hoping all will go in his favor following the workout?

The Ravens are already quite impressive on offense, though Baltimore could still use a bit of help at the wide receiver position—especially of the veteran variety.

With quarterback Lamar Jackson slated to enter the upcoming 2020 campaign as the reigning league MVP, the addition of free agent Dez Bryant would only enhance the team's overall threat on offense as veteran running back Mark Ingram is also in the fold in Baltimore. As it stands today, the Ravens have soon-to-be second-year wide out Marquise “Hollywood” Brown as the team's top pass-catcher.

The Ravens finished the 2019 regular season as the No. 1 seed in the AFC, though Baltimore was unable to win even a single postseason game as the AFC North champions almost immediately bowed out to the Tennessee Titans in the divisional round.
