Trevor Bauer, a member of the Los Angeles Dodgers, has been facing charges of sexual assault.

Due to this issue, he missed the most of last season with the Dodgers, but the court has now decided whether or not he will face charges.

According to Bob Nightengale of USA Today,

“Los Angeles #Dodgers starter Trevor Bauer will not face any criminal charges by the LA County district attorney’s office and now he awaits MLB’s investigation.”

Bauer was widely anticipated to avoid legal issues, but it will be fascinating to watch whether he will ever wear the Dodgers jersey again. If any of this is proven to be true, it will be a bad look for him and the Dodgers organization if he is allowed to wear that jersey again. At the moment, all of it is cleared up, so he should be able to return to Los Angeles next season.

As everyone knows, Major League Sports owners are primarily concerned with one thing: winning. It was encouraging to see the Dodgers take action last season by not allowing him to pitch, but there's a chance he'll return to their rotation this season.

The Dodgers are one of the best teams in all of baseball, and adding him is only going to make them better. Regardless if people agree with some of the things he does and says, there is no denying that he is one of the best pitchers in the MLB.
