The Miami Dolphins acquired Josh Rosen in a draft weekend trade with the Arizona Cardinals last Saturday, sending the 62nd overall pick to the Cardinals in exchange for the young quarterback.

The craziest thing about all of this may not even be the fact that Rosen was already traded from the team that used a first-round pick on him a year ago. It may be that Rosen is about to have his fourth offensive coordinator in a year.

“It encourages some mental gymnastics and the more you train it and the more you work it, I think the better you get at it,” Rosen said of having so many offensive coordinators in such a short period of time, according to Hal Habib of The Palm Beach Post.

Rosen began his Cardinals career with Mike McCoy as his offensive play-caller, but midway through the season, Arizona fired McCoy and replaced him with Byron Leftwich. If that wasn't enough, the Cards then fired head coach Steve Wilks after the season concluded and replaced him with Kliff Kingsbury, who eventually named Tom Clements the man in charge of the Cardinals' passing game.

Now, Rosen will be working under Chad O'Shea in South Beach.

Still, in spite of all of the changes, the 22-year-old is looking forward to settling down in Miami and learning from the coaching staff:

“We’ve got a lot of great minds in there from a lot of different backgrounds,” Rosen said. “I think we’ve got a really good room. Hopefully it’s going to be an indicator of a lot of success.”

Hopefully for Rosen's sake, there is considerably more success with the Dolphins than there was with the Cardinals.
