Kareem Hunt was released by the Kansas City Chiefs last week after a video surfaced of him shoving and kicking a woman at a hotel in Cleveland. The incident happened back in February, but due to the recently uncovered evidence, Hunt's NFL future is in question. He has already been placed on the Commissioner's Exempt List, which means that he is not allowed to practice or play in games.

Despite the issues that he is facing, there are teams that could consider giving Hunt a second chance. One of those teams could be the Philadelphia Eagles.

According to a report from Pro Football Talk, the Eagles are one of the main teams to watch for Hunt. Another potential option could be the Cleveland Browns.

Potential candidates include, as mentioned last night, the Eagles. Also, the Browns currently are run by the guy who drafted Hunt in Kansas City. And what if Chiefs offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy ends up coaching his own team (which could be Cleveland)?

Hunt put together a massive year with the Chiefs as a rookie last season and had another good year this season. He had rushed for 824 yards and seven touchdowns on 181 carries this year. In addition to those numbers, he had caught 26 passes for 378 yards and seven touchdowns.

At just 23 years old, Hunt likely still has an NFL future ahead of him. His talent alone will get him another job whenever he is eligible to return to the field.

Philadelphia has been linked to running backs all season long. Jay Ajayi has long-term injury concerns, which had them rumored as a team that could be interested in Le'Veon Bell ahead of the NFL trade deadline. Hunt would be a perfect fit for the offense if he can get his life off the field back together.

Expect to hear more rumors about Hunt in the coming weeks. Philadelphia could claim him off waivers, but he could also clear waivers and become a free agent.

Either way, his future is going to be very interesting to follow as more evidence comes out and the league decides what to do with him.
