The Genshin Impact 2.7 banners for the second half have been revealed, and it features the new 4 star character Kuki Shinobu. Read along for the other featured 4 stars, as well as the 5 star and weapons you'll have the chance to pull in the last few weeks of this patch.

Arataki Itto Character Banner

According to the official announcement, the “Oni's Royale” event wish will have “Hanamizaka Heroics” Arataki Itto (5* Geo Claymore) as the featured 5 star, along with 4 stars Kuki Shinobu (4* Electro Sword), Gorou (4* Geo Bow) and Chongyun (4* Cryo Claymore).

Before this, Gorou has only appeared in one banner – Arataki Itto's launch banner. For this time, they find each other in the same banner again. Gorou is the only Geo Bow character in the game, and is also a solid buffer if you just need that extra resistance against knockbacks.

Kuki Shinobu is the new 4 star that will be introduced in this banner. She wields a Sword and is powered with an Electro vision. While this sounds par-for-the-course, she fills a niche spot in a party that nobody else can, and this is due to her Healing capabilities. As an Electro healer, you can now run mono-Electro parties without letting go of HP restoration. For more information, like her Talents and Constellations, click here.

Chongyun allows any team to be a Cryo team, which makes him easy to place in parties. He also facilitates some weird builds, and is overall a fun character to have.

Genshin Impact Version 2.7 Second Phase Weapon Banner

Alongside the Character Banner announcement, one for the Weapon Banner was also made. For the 5 stars, it will feature:

  • Redhorn Stonethresher (5* Claymore)
  • Memory of Dust (5* Catalyst)

The following 4 stars will also have an increased drop rate:

  • Lithic Blade (4* Claymore)
  • Lion's Roar (4* Sword)
  • Dragon's Bane (4* Polearm)
  • Sacrificial Framents (4* Catalyst)
  • The Stringless (4* Bow)

Both the Character Banner featuring Arataki Itto and Kuki Shinobu, as well as the Weapon Banner featuring Redhorn Stonethresher and Memory of Dust will begin on June 21st, 2022 6:00 pm. These Genshin Impact 2.7 banners will end on July 12th, 2022 2:59 pm (Server Time).
