The Arizona Cardinals are set to kick off their two-game road trip starting with a matchup against the New York Giants. It is safe to say that the Giants' defense will not be overlooking quarterback Kyler Murray in Week 7.

Murray is coming off an impressive performance during Arizona's win over the Atlanta Falcons. According to Art Stapleton of The Record Sports, New York's defenders shared some high praise for the rookie ahead of their matchup:

“Dexter Lawrence says Cardinals rookie QB plays at PlayStation speed. Dalvin Tomlinson compared Murray to Sonic the Hedgehog with the way he moves around the pocket. Both also praised his arm strength. Talent jumps off video.”

There is certainly plenty of truth to their comments. Murray's skill set and style of play have certainly drawn video game-like comparisons. It was one of the reasons he was one of the most exciting players in college football last year and eventual No. 1 pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.

Although Murray is still finding his footing under center, he has still managed to flash plenty of promise with both his arm and his legs. It all came together during Arizona's clutch win versus the Falcons after he completed 27-of-37 passes for 340 yards and three touchdowns while tacking on 32 yards on 11 carries.

Murray's versatility makes him a matchup nightmare for opposing defenses and it is clear that the rest of the league is starting to take notice as well. The rookie matchup between him and quarterback Daniel Jones should undoubtedly be one of the more intriguing storylines of Week 7.
