In the last few days, star wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. has seen his level of stability within the New York Giants seemingly enter shaky grounds. Much of this has centered around the latest controversy regarding a viral video possibly showing him being involved in illegal drug usage.

All of this has pushed forward the possibility that the 25-year-old could be moved at some point this offseason. The growing chatter surrounding Beckham Jr. has led Adam Schefter of ESPN to voice that he could see him being traded prior to next month's draft.

With the Giants now reportedly listening to offers for Beckham Jr. it has created a window for other teams to step in to offer a lucrative offer to pry him away from the franchise. The asking price has begun with at a first-round pick along with additional assets to possibly acquire him.

Beckham Jr. is in the fifth-year option of his rookie deal worth just over $8.4 million for the 2018 season. There have been reports that indicate that he will sit out if a new extension isn't in place, which could impact the number of teams willing to make a move for him.

Among those already has been the Los Angeles Rams, who have been one of the most active teams in the trade market this offseason acquiring both All-Pro cornerback Marcus Peters and Aqib Talib in separate deals. They are also fresh off the acquisition of Pro Bowl defensive tackle on a one-year, $14 million deal. Head coach Sean McVay has voiced that he would be willing to take on any trade that will help improve the team next season.

If the Giants are serious about the possibility of moving Beckham Jr., it's clear that there will be serious suitors like the Rams lined up to acquire his services this offseason. It may just be a matter of time before he has a new home in the NFL.
