The quarterback situation of the New York Giants is far from enviable. For their Week 17 road game against the Chicago Bears, the Giants will be using both Mike Glennon and Jake Fromm, according to head coach Joe Judge.

Via Jordan Raanan of ESPN:

Mike Glennon and Jake Fromm will both be prepared to play Sunday in Chicago, per Joe Judge. He adds “expect both guys to play.”

Regardless of how the Giants will divide the snaps between Glennon and Fromm, that's hardly going to excite a fanbase that has been left with another frustrating season.  The two quarterbacks had also shared duties in Week 16's game on the road against the Philadelphia Eagles and the result was an embarrassing 34-10 loss for the now 4-11 New York squad. Glennon went 17/27 against Philly for 93 passing yards and a touchdown and interception. Fromm connected on 6 of 17 passes for 25 yards and an interception.

The Giants are no longer competing for a playoff spot, so if Judge wants to do some experiment, now is an ideal time for that. Of course, New York would want to win both of the final two games of their regular season schedule, but losing would also give them a better position in the 2022 NFL Draft.
