New York Giants tight end Evan Engram made a spectacular, diving catch Sunday afternoon against the Washington Football Team, giving New York a 20-3 lead heading into halftime.

Drafted by the Giants in the first round of 2017 NFL Draft out of Ole Miss, the score was Engram's first of the year, in a passing game that has struggled along with much of the roster.

The throw from quarterback Daniel Jones was also perfectly placed, ensuring that Engram would be the only player capable of reeling it in. Though the QB is only 1-16 against the rest of the NFL, his performance thus far Sunday–in which he has thrown a touchdown and has a passer rating of over 90–is with in line with his past performances against Washington, a team he is currently 3-0 against.

Despite only having gained a single win during the season's first half, a victory for the Giants would also keep the oft maligned club in mathematical contention for the division crown–currently lead by the 3-4-1 Eagles.
