Just like that, it's a tie game. Though major underdogs, the New York Giants are tied with the New England Patriots on “Thursday Night Football” with less than five minutes left in the first half. Why? A Tom Brady fumble turned touchdown, by the hands of outside linebacker Markus Golden.

Second-year outside linebacker Lorenzo Carter created the pressure on Brady, as he beat rookie tight end to the punch. From there, it was full-on fumble drill as Brady drops the ball immediately upon contact. Golden takes it to the house to tie the game in Foxboro.

The Giants struggled in the first quarter. Now, they are closing the gap with the 5-0 Patriots with their latest score. They were able to get seven points on the board via a Golden Tate 64-yard touchdown thrown by rookie quarterback Daniel Jones. Perhaps it's something about the Giants that gets the worst out of the Patriots.
