Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers are set to take on the Kansas City Chiefs in a major Sunday Night Football showdown. While the two teams are both considered to be legitimate Super Bowl contenders at this point in the season, the Chiefs are going to be playing this game without superstar quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

Looking ahead at this matchup, the Packers are slightly favored to win by most due to the absence of Mahomes. Matt Moore will be starting at quarterback, but he doesn't scare many defenses. If the Packers can continue playing the way they have defensively, they should have a good chance to pull out this win.

All of that being said, let's dive in for a quick look at two major X-Factors that the Packers need to see step up this week.

Kevin King, Cornerback

One of the least talked about players on the Green Bay defense this season has been cornerback Kevin King. After dealing with injuries throughout the majority of his career up to this year, King has been having a huge season for the Packers. So far in the first seven games of the year, he has racked up 31 total tackles, a sack, a forced fumble, three interceptions, and eight defended passes.

Going up against the Chiefs, the Packers will still have to deal with lethal weapons in Tyreek Hill, Travis Kelce, and Sammy Watkins. King is going to be asked to play a key role once again this week and he must come through with a quality performance.

Jimmy Graham, Tight End

Secondly, and finally, the Packers are going to be without superstar wide receiver Davante Adams once again this week. Jimmy Graham may not be talked about as an elite tight end anymore, but he has been a great security blanket for Rodgers this season. He has caught 18 passes for 214 yards and three touchdowns.

Kansas City doesn't have an elite defense and Graham should be able to create some mismatches. Rodgers is going to look his way at times to pick up big first downs or in the red zone and the Packers need Graham to make plays. If he can put up a big game, the Packers' offense is going to be tough to stop.
