Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade says Chicago Bulls legend Michael Jordan and Los Angeles Lakers icon Kobe Bryant are the top-two shooting guards in NBA history.

Wade is universally recognized as the third-best shooting guard in league history behind Jordan and Bryant.

“It’s Jordan, then Kobe, then whoever else you want to put,” Wade told Rohan Nadkarni of Sports Illustrated. “But those are the top two.”

Wade has won three championships with the Heat. He was named the 2006 Finals MVP and is a 13-time All-Star.

Bryant and Jordan are two of the top-five scorers in NBA history. Bryant is third with 33,643 career points. MJ is fifth with 32,292 points.

Wade's pal and former Heat star, Lakers small forward LeBron James, passed Jordan on the all-time scoring list this season.

Like Kobe and Jordan, Wade will be a first-ballot Hall of Famer one day. The Chicago native hasn't scored as many points as MJ and The Black Mamba, but he's had a legendary career nonetheless and is the best player in Heat franchise history.

Wade is playing in his final NBA game on Wednesday against the Brooklyn Nets. Miami was eliminated from the playoffs on Tuesday.

It should be an emotional might for Heat fans and Flash.
