Udonis Haslem going after Dwight Howard in a way that made me fear for the latter's life turns out to be Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra's favorite moment of the season.

There's a bit to unpack here. Let's get the context out of the way first.

Thursday night was the first live action Udonis Haslem saw all season. The crowd gave him a standing ovation, he scored some points, then quickly got ejected (like three minutes into his literal season debut!) after going toe-to-toe with Sixers big man Dwight Howard. Here's video proof of the tomfoolery.

The Heat won the game by 12 points. After it, though, came the funny part where Spo basically admitted to loving Haslem being up to no good.

“That's my favorite moment of the season so far,” Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said, via ESPN. “Just excessive passion, competitiveness and anger. Just love it. And that's why we roll with UD. Everybody in that locker room just has great respect and love for him.”

Naturally, because of course, Jimmy Butler also loved the veteran nearly finger-poking Dwight Howard to the moon.

“Nobody intimidates us,” Butler said.

Welcome back, Udonis Haslem. You're just what the Heat needed, apparently. UD is the best.
