Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra was all smiles on Sunday following his team's big win over the Boston Celtics to advance to the NBA Finals. The Heat are now set to face off against LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers, who himself played several seasons in Miami under Spoelstra.

When asked about the prospect of facing off against James, coach Spoelstra acknowledged the highly-attractive storyline, but was also quick to deflect the same:

“That's a great storyline,” Spoelstra said, via Heat Nation. “Can you let us enjoy this for right now. This is hard to do. It's hard to get to this point. I want our guys to recognize that and enjoy it.”

We'll have to agree with coach Spo here. The Heat have been nothing short of tremendous in what has turned out to be a playoff run for the ages. They certainly deserve a moment to enjoy what they have achieved so far. Miami is Eastern Conference champs once again after six long years. In case you forgot, the man leading the way for the Heat back then was none other than LeBron James himself.

Miami are undeniably huge underdogs in the Finals, as they face off against a powerhouse L.A. side. James has been playing like a man on a mission, while All-NBA teammate Anthony Davis hasn't been too bad himself. Nonetheless, the Heat have a great coach in Spoelstra — among other things — so they always have a fighting chance here. No one's counting out Miami just yet.
