Through his first two years in the NFL, Jacksonville Jaguars All-Pro cornerback Jalen Ramsey has quickly become of the best players at his position.

This has also earned him a tremendous level of respect from his teammates about what he brings to the table in the secondary. Pro Bowl defensive tackle Malik Jackson stated that he has been in awe in regards to his work ethic and overall talent, according to Chris Wesseling of NFL.com.

“You really just look at him and you're in awe,” Jackson explained. “First of all, a guy that's young, knows he's good; he'll tell you he's good, now. But just to see him work, just to see him come out here [and make plays] with minimal effort … it's just so cool to see.

Ramsey has shown that he is one of the best defensive players in the league as he has become a shutdown cornerback that can effectively cover some of the game's best wide receivers. This had helped him earn his first Pro Bowl selections and First-Team nod of his career. He has also helped form a formidable duo in the secondary alongside fellow Pro Bowl cornerback A.J. Bouye.

This has pushed him to have a promising future ahead that could seem establish himself as being the top cornerback in the NFL as one of the anchors to arguably the best defense in the league. The 23-year-old's play will be a crucial part in helping the Jaguars push forward for another highly successful campaign with eyes toward competing for a Super Bowl next season after reaching the AFC Championship game for the first time in nearly two decades.

Ultimately, Ramsey has an opportunity in front of him to take the next step in his maturation toward being an all-around game-changing talent.
