It seems as though every time Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Urban Meyer speaks about what happened after their loss to the Cincinnati Bengals, things get worse.

Everything started with the scandalous video of Meyer at a bar in Ohio following the loss for the Jaguars and as he's apologized and explained along the way afterwards but, it hasn't gotten better.

On Wednesday, Meyer explained why he didn't fly home with the Jaguars after the loss to the Bengals.

Not exactly the kind of logic or reasoning that Jaguars fans or the players likely want to hear.

It's been a miserable start for Meyer in Jacksonville with the Jaguars starting 0-4. Even worse is that reports are circulating that he has lost the locker room already and that players laughed him out of the room after he apologized for the videos that surfaced from him at the bar in Ohio.

The Jaguars brass appears to be sticking with Meyer for now but it's hard to imagine this forming into a situation where Meyer figures things out and is around for the long haul.

It seems bizarre that a head coach in the NFL wouldn't fly back with his team following any game, let alone one right near the middle of the season.

Jacksonville will look for their first victory of the year in Week 5 against the Tennessee Titans.
