Nick Foles is making his return to the field for the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 11 and he's already making his presence felt. For the second time this season, Foles connected with DJ Chark for an impressive touchdown versus the Indianapolis Colts.

Back in Week 1, Foles' first touchdown pass for Jacksonville went 35 yards down the field to Chark. Unfortunately, on the same play, Foles suffered a broken clavicle and was placed on injured reserve by the Jaguars.

After missing nine weeks, the veteran quarterback was able to return to the offense on Sunday. Without wasting any time, Foles looked in Chark's direction to complete his second touchdown pass of the season.

On the other hand, Chark now has seven touchdown receptions (tied for second-most in the NFL).
