The Jake PaulTyron Woodley whispers and rumors have become a reality and the two are set to finally square off in the ring. On Monday it appeared a deal had been reached or at least very close to it. Now on Tuesday, a date and more details have been cemented in.

It was all first reported via MMA Island and ESPN's Ariel Helwani added more to it on Tuesday.

The match will be had at 190-pounds and the targeted date is August 28. As soon as things started to fall into place on Monday for the Jake Paul – Tyron Woodley battle, odds were released.

While Jake Paul has fought a YouTuber, a former NBA player and a bloated Ben Askren who looked like he didn't even want to be there, it is worth noting that Tyron Woodley comes from the UFC and hasn't won a fight in three years.

Jake Paul recently signed a deal with ShowTime Sports as the two sides agreed to a multi-fight deal. First up is Woodley.

Logan Paul, the older brother of Jake Paul, is set to fight Floyd Mayweather in the coming days in Miami on June 6. The two brothers have made waves of headlines as both have tried to carve out their own path in the boxing game.

The last fight for Jake Paul against Ben Askren drew plenty of eyeballs in to the pay-per-view game and as he now gets set to face former UFC fighter Tyron Woodley, the expectations for viewership will be even greater. It will undoubtedly be the biggest test yet for Paul as he looks to cash in even more.
