Following a quick 4-1 exit at the hands of the Houston Rockets, the road ahead is still unclear for Utah Jazz sharpshooter Kyle Korver, who could ponder retiring during the offseason.

The longtime 3-point specialist was noncommittal when talking about his future in the league, noting that after many years of service, it might be time to consider his last dance:

“I still love playing basketball,” said Korver, according to Andy Larsen of The Salt Lake Tribune. “For me, personally, it's been a long few years. Having a marriage, three kids, trying to balance it all. That's probably where I'm at, weighing that cost. That'll be something I sit down with me and my family.”

Korver started the season with the Cleveland Cavaliers and was traded to the Jazz before the trade deadline, a place he was already familiar with after making Utah his home for nearly three seasons after four and a half seasons with the Philadelphia 76ers.

The 6-foot-7 marksman is still under contract for next year with the Jazz, but only with a partial guarantee.

The longtime 3-point sniper was well short of guaranteeing a return to fulfill the rest of his contract, saying after a long 2018-19 season: “I'm really tired right now.”

A 16-year veteran of the league, the 38-year-old Korver finished the season averaging 8.6 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.2 assists through 70 total appearances between Utah and Cleveland.
