Vlade Divac has not been the most popular general manager in the league today, especially after agreeing to to trade DeMarcus Cousins in a lopsided deal. That being said, the Sacramento Kings are apparently looking to place someone over him and already have person in mind.
The former general manager and president of the Philadelphia 76ers, Sam Hinkie, is reportedly being eyed by team owner Vivek Ranadive as a potential candidate, although the exact position has yet to be revealed.

The 39-year-old held the position with the Sixers from 2013-16 and was credited for making the phrase “Trust the Process” popular. He also made the deal that allowed the team to draft Nerlens Noel, Joel Embiid, Dario Saric and sign Robert Covington from the D-League.
The Kings may be showing interest in bringing him in, but it still remains a mystery whether or not he is also willing to take on the challenge in Sacramento. Should he ultimately agree to join them, he will have definitely have a lot on his plate as the team is currently struggling to win games since giving up their former franchise player.
