Enes Kanter of the New York Knicks and Devin Booker of the Phoenix Suns got into it Friday night, and though there’s a small height advantage for the former, their intensities are on the same level.

Just when we all thought the fights are slowing down, two guys step up and prove us wrong.

The encounter occurred late in the third quarter when Booker drove to the rim for a lay-up and Kanter met him to swat the attempt.

By knowing the Knicks big man's tendencies and seeing that they were comfortably up by 17, you kind of expected that he’d have something to say. The Suns' guard, of course, wouldn’t take dirt from anyone, not on his home floor especially, so he retaliated with a shove. More talking, shoving, and “hold me back” moments ensued from players of both teams, concluding with the two new bitter foes getting ejected.

Moving forward, though, don’t expect both to back down from anyone. Keep in mind: Kanter has the guts to publicly criticize the Prime Minister of Turkey, who's a dangerous and powerful man, while Booker is a rising young star with overflowing confidence, all rooted to dropping 70 points in a single game just this past season.

Also, the Twitter world is always ready to accommodate follow-ups for incidents like this. It's where you can let out emotions, talk trash to the fullest, and also entertain the fans with some funny quips:

We have to hand Kanter this round since the Knicks won, 107-85, and also because he took time to edit or find that image – but this may not be over.
