According to oddsmakers at BetOnline.ag, the Los Angeles Lakers are the favorites to acquire New Orleans Pelicans All-Star center Anthony Davis next season.
Here are the odds for the four teams that Davis is linked to:
Los Angeles Lakers (-150)

It may be a comfort to NBA fans to know that oddsmakers believe there's a slim possibility Davis joins the Warriors. In fact, oddsmakers believe the Celtics have nearly twice the chance to acquire Davis as the Warriors.
However, with Davis joining Rich Paul's Klutch Sports Group in September, there's long been a sense that the Pelicans superstar center would look to join LeBron James and the Lakers. James, who also is represented by Klutch Sports Group, isn't just Paul's client but a longtime friend. Their connection and the brotherly relationship that James has shared with a number of the agency's clients, including former teammates J.R. Smith and Tristan Thompson, have made the Lakers an interesting destination for Davis.
Davis has spent the past six seasons with the New Orleans Pelicans and has moderate success with the ball club. Over the years, he's been increasingly interested in winning and postseason success and looks at moves such as the Kevin Garnett trade to the Celtics as evidence that he shouldn't waste his time waiting for the Pelicans to build a team that can dominate in the Western Conference, not just survive.
By joining the Lakers, who are now led by the best player in the league in James and have a promising young core of Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram, and Kyle Kuzma, Davis will be on a team equipped for sustainable postseason success.
