There has already been speculation about New Orleans Pelicans superstar Anthony Davis possibly wanting out. With news of Davis officially signing with Klutch Sports, the rumbles are just going to grow louder in the coming months.

Klutch Sports, famously known for their ties to LeBron James, has a number of NBA clients and is known as a very aggressive agency. Ran by James' longtime-friend Rich Paul, Klutch Sports has two clients already on the Los Angeles Lakers in James and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope.

Combine that with the fact that James and the Lakers need another star plus more than enough cap space to bring in a max-contract player and you can see why there will be mass speculation. Davis is entering his seventh season in the NBA after being the 2012 Draft's first overall pick out of the University of Kentucky. Davis is a huge coup for the agency.

Outside of James, there are few, if any, more desirable clients to bring in. Davis is smack-dab in the middle of his prime, and when his contract is up in 2021, he will surely be in line for one of the biggest contracts in NBA. He will be an unrestricted free-agent that off-season, barring him signing an extension prior to that.

The only risk with Davis comes from injuries. Davis has missed time in each of his six seasons and has only played more than 68 games in a season just twice.

Regardless of that, Klutch Sports got a major victory with the signing of a top-five NBA talent like Davis.
