The Los Angeles Lakers claimed their championship ring on NBA opening night on Wednesday. This gave LeBron James his fourth ring, further reaffirming his legacy.

So in the spirit of giving, ESPN host Kendrick Perkins marked the occasion with a Christmas song that wants to remind everyone that in his eyes, LeBron is the Greatest of All Time.

Perkins did a good job at summarizing LeBron's journey over the last few years. James has received a lot of criticism for his losing NBA Finals record. But for the former NBA big man, what matters is that LBJ is still performing at a high level at Year 18. In fact, James is the only active player who has won at least four titles. He's also the only NBA player in history to win three Finals MVPs on three different teams.

From the looks of it, LeBron is looking to win as many as he can at the tail end of his career. Winning two more titles will tie him with Michael Jordan, compounding GOAT debates even more.

The Purple and Gold have a pretty good shot at defending their crown this year with the additions of Dennis Schroder, Montrezl Harrell, and Wesley Matthews.

LeBron James recently inked a two-year extension which signifies that he'll be playing more ball as he approaches 40 years old. Time will only tell if he will show signs of decline. But given his discipline and dedication to the game, there's a good chance that he'll add a ring or two to his tally—and perhaps, Perkins will make a new song about it.
