Los Angeles Lakers fan miss Kobe Bryant dearly, and it turns out that the legend might miss some things about the organization as well.

Bryant, during an in-depth interview on Spectrum SportsNet's “Backstage Lakers” on Thursday, commented on exactly what he misses about playing basketball for the Lakers, per Ryan Ward.

Bryant retired two seasons ago, and went out in a flash with a 60-point game against the Utah Jazz. His days of being the go-to guy for the Lakers are long gone.

But it's understandable that Bryant misses some facets of playing for Los Angeles. He played 20 years for the organization, and while he once demanded a trade, he proved that he's a Laker for life.

Bryant will have his jersey retired on Dec. 18, a ceremony that will certainly have him reminiscing about his days in Lakerland and the five championships he helped bring to the franchise.

But it appears that he is happy being a retired player. He's busy making videos — he calls it “telling stories” — and teaching at least one of his daughters to play the game of basketball.

He may miss guiding the team and the franchise on the court, but maybe he could do the same off the court in other ways, such as having dinners with current Lakers players.
