Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James further established his dominion over the entire league, becoming the first player in NBA history to record a triple-double against all 30 teams.

He achieved the historic feat on Tuesday night, tallying another monstrous stat-line of 25 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists in the Lakers’ 112-107 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder at the Staples Center.

Speaking to the press after the game, The King deflected the credit to his teammates for putting him in position to succeed.

“My teammates have made shots for me. My coaches have put me in position… to score. I read & react… for rebounds. Hopefully I have a winning record in those games. That’s what’s most important,” James said, per Ben Golliver.

Even with great playmakers like Rajon Rondo at his disposal, James continues to orchestrate head coach Frank Vogel’s offense, dishing out a team-high 11.1 dimes per game.  He is second in the team in scoring (25.2) and rebounding (7.9) allowing Anthony Davis to become the focal point of the offense.

Personal accolades aside, the biggest thing for LeBron is the fact that the Lakers are legitimate title contenders once more. The team holds the best record in the league at 12-2 and is riding the momentum of a five game-winning streak.

After winning just 35 games in his injury-riddled first year in LA, James is now grouped with a bunch of amazing talent, who have all learned to embrace their respective roles. The 34-year-old James has continued to shake off Father Time, showing no signs of ever slowing down in his 17th season in the league..
