Los Angeles Lakers fans have high expectations for this summer. If it was up to them they would have LeBron James, Kawhi Leonard, and Paul George on the roster next year, but chances are that isn't going to happen.

Even if that isn't reasonable it is expected that the Lakers will be major players this offseason in free agency. Lakers general manager Magic Johnson doesn't feel any extra pressure, and he is just going to do his job.

“No pressure on me. I'm gonna do my job. I've always done that. You know how many Finals I've been in? You think I'm worried about this?…”

It's interesting that Johnson doesn't feel any pressure. Los Angeles isn't as bad as the New York Media, but they will still get on you, and it doesn't matter who you are. If the Lakers swing and miss on all three of those guys, there is no doubt there are going to be some major grumblings from the fans and the media. For James to come to Los Angeles it's going to take another superstar coming with according to Sam Amick of the USA Today.

“The notion of him heading to Los Angeles without another co-star in two, of leaving the East after eight consecutive Finals appearances to play in a Western Conference where Golden State and Houston have proven their prowess, is widely viewed as lunacy,” Amick wrote.

Even though Magic doesn't feel the pressure, is he going to be able to get the job done and land one or two stars?
