If you look at his numbers alone, you would think that Russell Westbrook is actually having quite a start for the Los Angeles Lakers. We all know that Russ has never had any issues stuffing the stat sheet. How this has translated to his actual performances on the court for his new team, however, is an altogether different matter.

The Lakers have had a poor start to the new season and unsurprisingly, some supporters are already feeling disgruntled at this point in the campaign. Unfortunately for him, Westbrook has become one of, if not the biggest scapegoat for fans who are looking for someone to blame for their team's early-season struggles.

According to a recent survey created by SB Nation, an alarming 51 percent of Lakers fans no longer believe that Russell Westbrook will ever fit with the team. This is a shocking dip from the 21 percent who disagreed with the Russ trade a few weeks ago. Needless to say, Lakers Nation isn't feeling completely confident right now about the Westbrook deal from the offseason, despite the fact that it's barely been a month since the new campaign tipped off.

For what it's worth, Westbrook has been averaging 18.8 points, 8.5 rebounds, 8.8 assists, and 1.5 steals per game in his first 11 appearances for the Lakers. These are fairly impressive numbers from the former MVP, but as previously mentioned, he hasn't exactly made a tremendous impact on the 6-5 Lakers.

LA fans are some of the most ruthless supporters in all of the NBA and right now, it looks like many of them are turning on one of their own already.
