Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic is the first true superstar to garner some GOAT discussions since LeBron James entered the league in 2003. His latest achievement will definitely keep that buzz going, as he joins Michael Jordan in an exclusive 2-man club.

The Mavs frontman has averaged a stunning 32.8 points per game through his first 10 games. Doncic has garnered four 40-point performances, all against the Los Angeles Clippers. The list of players who've averaged that many points in the postseason through at least 10 games played consists of just him and Jordan.

In fact, Michael Jordan is the only other player in NBA history with an average over 30 points aside from Doncic, making the gap between them and the rest of the field nearly 3 points wide. That's nearly the difference between the 3rd placer on the list, Allen Iverson (29.7 ppg) and the 10th placer, Stephen Curry (26.5 ppg).

If you include Doncic on the list, Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James falls to sixth all-time with his 28.7 points per game through 16 total postseason runs thus far.

While Luka Doncic has a long was to go in terms of longevity and consistently performing as he ages, having a history-shattering start like this doesn't hurt his resume one bit.
