For former NBA player Royce White, Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James and Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green should be out in the streets instead of merely voicing out their opinions to raise awareness.

White, who played for the Sacramento Kings in the 2013-14 NBA season, had some choice words for both James and Green regarding their social justice efforts. White specifically called out Green for the his comments on CNN, during which the Warriors forward shared that he has been active in giving resources to various efforts in relation to social justice.

According to the White, these deeds are not enough.

“He's mistaken, he's off the path with that,” the ex-NBA forward said about Draymond during a TMZ Sports roundtable, per NBC Sports. “This is not about awareness campaigns anymore. Report to the front lines. If you can't report to the front lines, then send aid.”

White also slammed James, who has been one of the most vocal athletes with regard to social justice. In the NBA players' boycott that transpired earlier in the week, James was said to be the leader of the movement.

Just like his words for Green, the 29-year-old believes that these antics by James are not enough.

“Go to Akron Ohio. March with the people. Stay there until something really changes, and If they choose to be all the way violent, let your body be laying in the street when it's over.”

These are strong words from Royce White. From the looks of it, he wants both Draymond Green and LeBron James to show that they are truly one with the people by joining them in a march for social justice instead of playing NBA basketball.

For what it's worth though, the NBA and its players in the bubble seemed determined to spark a change, especially after the recent players' protest that surprised even the owners.
