Forwards LeBron James and Kevin Durant continue to lead the total vote count for the frontcourt in their respective conference, as they both have now amassed four million votes for the 2021 NBA All-Star Game, per the league.

Even after the first round of voting, James and Durant were at the top, leading the rest of the talented members of the frontcourt by a good amount:

It is not surprising that these two have led the NBA in All-Star Game voting from the moment votes were being counted. James has led the Lakers to a 20-6 record, just behind the Utah Jazz. He has averaged a solid 25.5 points, 7.9 rebounds, and 7.9 assists a game so far. He has also been incredibly efficient from the floor, as his field goal percentage is just slightly below 50 percent.

Durant has not let his Achilles injury stop him from playing to the best of his ability. Durant has averaged a remarkable 29.5 points, 7.4 rebounds, and 5.2 assists a game in the 18 games he has played. Though injuries have prevented him from playing all of the games this season, he continues to prove to the NBA that he is one of the most dangerous offensive scorers in the league.

The NBA made it known that this year's All-Star Weekend will not follow the same format as that previous years. There has been talk of merging the events that usually take place on the Saturday of All-Star Weekend and embed them into the All-Star Game itself. James and Durant will put on a show for the NBA regardless of the situation, as their vote counts continue to rise and dominate.
